EU PVSEC: LayTec reveals the HazeL optical monitoring system in Valencia
LayTec, the provider of in-situ optical metrology systems for thin-film processes has revealed its new HazeL optical monitoring system at the EUPVSEC 2010 in Valencia. HazeL is designed for quality control of TCO layers in PV manufacturing of thin-film solar cells. The product is capable of controlling the haze directly after TCO deposition and can be used for quality inspection of incoming TCO/glass sheets for PV production.
