Veeco granted $800,000 under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
Veeco Instrument’s St. Paul division was granted $800,000 in matching funds by the Minnesota Department of Commerce’s Office of Energy Security under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The funds will go towards a year-and-half-long project for the expedition of Veeco’s copper-indium-gallium-(di)selenide) (CIGS) deposition equipment technology.
