Spire receives DOE grant for development of LED based solar simulator
Spire has been selected by the U.S. Department of Energy as the recipient of a Small Business Innovation Research grant to develop a next-generation solar simulator, based on LED technology. If successful, the LED-based system could provide advantages of accuracy, reliability, versatility, and cost, according to the company.
