ICP Solar, EPOD Solar enter into management shift agreement
ICP Solar Technologies has signed an agreement with EPOD Solar, based in British Columbia, for a change in management. The agreement, which is effective immediately, states that Mike Matvieshen will take the position of chairman and CEO of ICP Solar, replacing Sass Peress who will remain president of the solar consumer goods subsidiary and as a board member.
