GT Solar appoints new board member

GT Solar has appointed Chad Van Sweden to its board of directors. Van Sweden will succeed Richard K. Landers, who is stepping down from the board. Van Sweden is currently vice president of the GFI Energy Group of Oaktree Capital Management.
